The RanchShield Gaurantee
At RanchShield we stand behind all of our goods and want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear. We warranty all of our shirts and hats up to 60 days after the date of delivery, whether it be a manufacturer defect or a product that arrives damaged in any way or if there is evidence of premature compromises in durability. Approved warranty claims are granted the option for direct replacement, RanchShield store credit or, in some limited cases, a refundable return.

Normal wear and tear

Size and/or fit issues (see our Exchange Policy).

User created damage including, burns holes, tears, stains or discoloration from improper laundering, by neglect or heavy soiling of the shirt with mud, dirt, sweat, makeup, beer, etc.

Products that have been altered by the user or a 3rd party.

Products that have been lost or stolen.
Our gear is tough, but not "survive being used a shop towel, or crawl under a barb wire fence" tough.
Be good to your gear and it will be good to you.

Material damage upon delivery (stains, discoloration, seam and threading issues, tears and holes.)

Material durability under normal conditions, normal conditions being considered standard work, interaction with water, both salt and fresh, and recreational activities such as riding, roping, running, etc. If your RanchShield gear seems to be wearing out faster than expected under these normal conditions, you may qualify for a direct exchange or store credit at the discretion of the RanchShield quality assurance folks.

Manufacturer defects, including stitching, fabric defects, seam splitting, etc.

We do not offer a repair service at this time.

We strive to have all warranty claims reviewed and processed in less than 30 days from filing. However, claim turnaround is highly dependent on current warranty volume and responsiveness from the claimant.

Any warranty claims that do not receive a response after 30 days will close and cannot be reopened.

Nope! RanchShield covers all return shipping on all approved warranty claims!
