FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    • Whether you're a horsewoman, horseman, farmer, post pounder or cow pusher, you know how important staying shielded from the sun is. You also probably know how so many work shirts feel heavy, restrictive and often seem to make you sweat (and smell) more, not less. For us, we found that sun shirts solve all of those problems in one sweep but that there wasn't anything designed with the long days of ranch work in mind, so we set out to make that happen. 

    • We are based in beautiful Myakka City Florida.

    • RanchShield is made up a very small team including our founders, Gabrielle and Monica

    • RanchShield was founded in late 2025, so we are still very young and appreciate you being on this journey with us!

    • Not yet, but we do work closely with our suppliers to bring you gear that is of the very best quality, designed to perform for the long haul. 

    • We strive to provide as many products that are made in America as possible but, our goal is to bring you performance wear that incorporates design and material quality that is engineered to work as hard as you do and sometimes that may mean a product is manufactured outside of the US and finished in the US.

    • The Daily Ride classic is made with a material that is slightly higher density and offers a touch more durability while still remaining lightweight and moisture wicking. Our ultralight options are just that - extremely lightweight and breathable for additional performance with small tradeoffs on durability and UPF. Our Daily Ride classic is UPF 50, while our ultralight line is UPF 30.
