In the event your order is delayed on our end due to severe weather at our headquarters or other unforeseen circumstances we will reach out to you via your provided email address to inform you of the delay and open a line of communication should there be a desire to adjust shipping service speed, change an order or cancel an order.

For returns seeking a straight forward refund, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and label.

For returns and exchanges, items must be in new, unworn condition, meaning: free of makeup, stains, odors, tears, or signs of wear, unwashed and with original tags attached.
